As I sat there, I reflected on what “CARE” truly means in our dynamic workplace. It’s about showing empathy, taking responsibility, and driving meaningful change. That day, I was deeply honored to receive the Extreme Ownership Award. As I walked to the stage, memories of our projects and the challenges we faced together came flooding back.
