🌟 Celebrating a Culture of Ownership 🌟 A month ago, our company held a townhall centered around a simple yet powerful theme: CARE. As I sat there, I reflected on what “CARE” truly means in our dynamic workplace. It’s about showing empathy, taking responsibility, and driving meaningful change. That day, I was deeply honored to receive the Extreme Ownership Award. As I walked to the stage, memories of our projects and the challenges we faced together came flooding back. Every tough decision, every moment of uncertainty, and every instance of pushing beyond limits was made possible by the incredible support and collaboration of my team and the guidance of Garima Sharma. On a fun note, I also won second prize in the Fastest Finger First quiz! It was a thrilling experience and reminded me how important it is to celebrate both big and small wins with colleagues who make work enjoyable.
